ABOUT US

The Place is a multi-functional arts and community space in the heart of Newport City Centre.

Originally the Old Post office and underneath the iconic Ritzys Nightclub, the building has been transformed by Tin Shed Theatre Co and a number of artists and organisations,

The Place has been developed through lengthy community consultation and seeks to provide a city centre creative space like no other.
